Is there a minimum annual commitment?
A minimum activity volume is defined when signing the partner agreement. It remains reasonable for an established reseller - we discuss this at our first meeting, based on your market and positioning.
How do reseller margins work?
Margins are progressive. A multi-tier pricing grid is applied based on annual volume: the higher your annual volume, the greater the discount. The average margin observed among our established partners is around 30%, above a certain volume threshold. Exact tiers are communicated at the initial meeting.
Is territorial exclusivity possible?
For certain zones and specific ranges, we can grant exclusive resale rights. This is discussed on a case-by-case basis, in line with your volume commitment and commercial strategy.
How do returns and warranty work?
Lifetime warranty on the belt mechanism (parts and labour). Defective parts returned at Potelet®'s expense - you manage field after-sales with your client, we supply spare parts free of charge.
Can I customise products for my end clients?
Yes. Logo printing, client-branded belts, post engraving, numbered plates: we manage the entire customisation chain. You send the brief, we produce and deliver direct to you or drop-ship to your client.
What are delivery lead times on stock?
Standard ranges: 2 to 5 working days from our warehouses across Western Europe. Custom or personalised products: 2 to 4 weeks depending on printing complexity and volume.
Can I resell online on my own website?
Yes. We supply product data sheets, HD visuals, technical descriptions and XML/CSV feeds for direct integration into your e-commerce catalogue. Recommended pricing policy (not imposed) to avoid price wars between partners.
What if an end client contacts me directly?
We systematically redirect prospects in your zone to you. No direct canvassing of your existing clients. Clear partner protection policy, written into the agreement.
