1 - Belt colour
Choose your belt colour from our standard palette (black, red, blue, grey, yellow, green, white) or specify a custom Pantone or RAL colour from a minimum of 10 metres. No logo printing required - simply change the belt colour to match your brand.
2 - Logo printing on belt
Print your logo, slogan, website address or any graphic element directly on the belt. From 10 euros per linear metre, minimum 10 metres (typically 2 to 5 posts depending on belt length). Digital proof provided for approval. Production: 1 to 2 weeks after proof sign-off.
3 - Custom post and base finish
Beyond the standard catalogue finishes (brushed stainless, chrome, matt black, white), we can powder-coat your posts in any RAL colour from a single unit. Ideal for brand-coherent installations where the post itself must match your corporate identity.
The customisation process in 5 steps
Brief
You send us your brief: logo file (PDF/AI/EPS preferred), belt colour, post finish, quantity and required delivery date.
Digital proof
Our studio creates a digital proof of the belt and post. You review and approve the layout, colour and proportions. Revisions included at no extra charge.
Physical proof (optional)
For large orders or premium clients, we can produce a physical sample (1 post + 1 metre of printed belt) for final approval before production. Sample cost deducted from the final order.
Production
Production begins after proof sign-off. Standard lead time: 1 to 2 weeks. Larger or more complex orders may require up to 4 weeks.

Your custom barrier posts are delivered across Europe with tracking. Reinforced packaging for premium finishes.

What is the minimum order for custom belt printing?
Minimum 10 metres of printed belt. This typically corresponds to 2 to 5 posts depending on the belt length you choose (2m, 3m or 5m). There is no minimum for custom post finish (RAL powder coating) - available from 1 unit.
What file format is needed for logo printing?
We prefer vector files: AI, EPS or PDF. JPEG and PNG at high resolution (minimum 300 dpi at final size) are also acceptable. Our studio can adapt logos from most formats. If your logo is only available in a low-resolution file, contact us to discuss options.
Can I print multiple colours on a belt?
Yes - multi-colour printing is available. Pricing depends on the number of colours and the complexity of the artwork. Please send us your logo for a quote.
How long does production take?
Standard lead time after proof sign-off is 1 to 2 weeks for belt printing and standard post finishes. Custom RAL powder coating may require an additional 1 to 2 weeks depending on the colour and quantity. Please contact us in advance for urgent deadlines.
Can I see a proof before production starts?
Yes - a digital proof is always provided before production begins. No production starts without your explicit written approval. Physical samples are available on request for larger orders.
Is the printed belt covered by warranty?
The print quality is warranted for 2 years against peeling or fading under normal indoor use conditions. The belt mechanism itself carries our lifetime warranty.
Can I have a different design on each post in a set?
Yes - for example, a set of 10 posts with 5 different belt designs. Minimum 10 metres per design applies. Please specify your requirements when requesting a quote.
