Important Notice

Before being dispatched to you, the barrier posts you order on potelet.eu must be individually assembled and quality-checked by our teams. Our posts are 100% handcrafted! As a general rule, the manufacturing and delivery of your order takes 1 to 2 weeks depending on stock availability, production times (some finishes require more work than others, paint drying time, etc.), customisation of your posts (logo printing on the belt, cap printing...) and the quantities ordered. An approximate lead time is indicated on each product page and is also shown in your shopping cart at checkout. If in doubt, for large quantities or for urgent deadlines (for an event or otherwise), do not hesitate to call us on 0032 (0)87 84 10 20! We can, in certain cases, reduce our lead times (never below 5 working days) if our current workload permits.

Our Delivery Principles

1. Pricing policy

Potelet has implemented a pricing system specially adapted to the needs of customers in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and beyond, so that everyone can benefit from advantageous delivery rates in their own country.

Delivery rates can be viewed directly in your cart: add your products by clicking "Add to cart" (depending on the quantities requested, a volume discount will be automatically applied - visible in the cart only), and the shipping costs to your country are displayed directly in the cart. From a certain order amount, shipping is free and covered by us!

Please note that although shipping is generally free on our website for orders over €500 excl. VAT, any special request (express delivery, address change, special delivery instructions such as "call before arriving", countries outside the European Union, islands...) will incur additional charges at your expense.

To guarantee you a quality shipment, our delivery rates include:

  • Postal and freight costs;
  • IT processing of your order and files;
  • Appropriate packaging for optimal protection of your parcel;
  • Order tracking: you are notified by email at each stage of the order (processing in our workshops then despatch).

2. Shipping method

To deliver within the best possible timeframes, Potelet.eu dispatches each product as soon as it is manufactured. We use packaging specially adapted to the format of your products to guarantee maximum protection during transport. In certain cases, orders containing different products or different formats may be delivered in several parcels. We work with professional carriers such as DHL, GLS, UPS, CHRONOPOST, DPD, FEDEX, HEPPNER and Schenker, selected according to the volume and weight of your parcel.


3. Checking the contents of parcels on delivery

Although we take great care in preparing your orders and packaging your parcels, we strongly advise you, upon delivery, to check the number of parcels AND THE CONTENTS OF THE PARCELS in the presence of the carrier, and to sign the delivery note only after noting any reservations specifying the number of missing parcels and the number of damaged parcels as well as the type of damage (breakage, water damage, tearing, deep scratches, deformation, denting). The mention "Subject to reservations" alone is not sufficient. In the event that the driver refuses to wait for a full inspection of the parcels, we advise you to sign the delivery note only after writing: "Inspection impossible as the driver refused to wait for a full inspection of the parcel(s)". We will not be able to compensate you without the appropriate reservations noted with the carrier.

If an item is damaged and you have made the necessary reservations on the delivery note, you may nevertheless accept the parcel. Send us photos of the damage and we will send you the repair materials or replacement product as quickly as possible.
