Potelet® belt barrier posts and rope barrier posts are used in bank branches and administrative offices across Europe. Our stainless steel and chrome finishes integrate seamlessly into professional interiors, while our patented braking system ensures the quiet, controlled operation expected in office environments.

Invoicing and payment for the public sector

A town council, a hospital or a public museum does not buy the way a private company does: the purchase order comes before the invoice, payment follows delivery, and the invoice has to arrive through a specific channel. Potelet® is connected to those channels, with nothing extra for you to set up.

Peppol e-invoicing

Our invoices for queue posts, belts and accessories are sent in structured UBL format over the European Peppol network, in line with standard EN 16931. Your accounting system picks them up without re-keying. Peppol identifier: 0208:0641740320.

Chorus Pro for France

Town halls, prefectures, schools, hospitals and departmental councils: we file the invoice on Chorus Pro with the legal commitment, executing department and contract number you give us when ordering.

BOSA and Mercurius for Belgium

Municipalities, provinces, federal departments, public welfare centres and community schools: the invoice is issued in e-FFF / UBL format and delivered through Mercurius, the official channel for Belgian public bodies.

Administrative mandate

No deposit required. Once the purchase order is approved the goods ship and the invoice follows after delivery. Payment within 30 or 60 days depending on your country's regulations, with no late fees.

Frequently asked questions

What belt colours are available for banks?

We offer black, red, blue, grey, yellow, green, white and many other standard colours. Custom corporate brand colours are available on request from a minimum of 10 metres of printed belt.

Can sign holders be attached to any post?

Sign holder accessories are compatible with most of our belt barrier post ranges. Please specify when ordering if you require sign holder compatibility, as some post head designs are required.

Are the posts safe for elderly or disabled clients?

Yes. Our belt barrier posts are designed with accessibility in mind: 1cm flat base height (no trip hazard), controlled belt retraction (no snapping), and post heights between 90cm and 100cm (visible and ergonomic for most users). Wheelchair clearance between posts can be set at 90cm+ as recommended.
