Potelet Personal Data Protection Policy
Information collected on our website is stored in a computerised file by Wisecom Group SPRL for the management of purchases and customer relations. This information is retained for 3 years (from the date of the last contact) and is intended for the marketing and commercial departments (both based within the European Union).
In accordance with data protection law, you may exercise your right of access to the data concerning you and request its rectification by logging into your customer account. For any further information regarding the processing of your personal data, do not hesitate to contact our team - we will be happy to assist you!

Under no circumstances will our team use your personal details to send you advertising via telephone canvassing or by any other means (email, post...) without your prior consent.

From your customer account, a "My Personal Data" tab is available where you can download an export of all the personal data held by our shop, in PDF or CSV format.
How can I request the deletion of all my personal data?
Please send a message via the standard contact form for any request to delete your personal data, specifying the reason for your request.
How can I request the anonymisation of a question or comment posted on Potelet.eu?
Please send a message via the standard contact form for any request to remove your comments or questions from our website.
