Frame scratched initially, replaced willingly

The first poster holder arrived with a scratch on the transparent part, which made it difficult to read the labels in our museum. I reported the defect with a photo, Potelet's after-sales service immediately returned a new copy free of charge and without asking me to return the old one. The new one is impeccable.
