We direct customers to the counters with strap posts. A tired reel was changed without difficulty, the result is very clean. I'm only removing one star because I would have preferred to be able to order the strap and retractor as a single set, but the piece alone fits just fine.

Piece faithful to the original
As the manager of a sports hall, I needed to put the poles that guide members towards reception back into service. The reel received was strictly identical to the original one, dismantling the old one and installing the new one took very little time. The strap return is soft and does not make a sharp noise, which is important in a fairly quiet space in the morning. A real repair solution instead of throwing away.

Doubts at the start quickly lifted
Upon receipt, I was unsure of the compatibility with our old MASTER poles, as the old reel seemed slightly different. I contacted customer service who were very responsive, asked me for a photo of the mechanism and confirmed that the part was suitable, explaining the assembly trick to me. Everything is back to normal, the reel has been working perfectly since. Good product and serious support, this is what reassured me to recommend other parts for our parking lot.

Very good, clearer instructions welcome
The reel works perfectly once placed on our ECO receiving post. The only downside was that I had to fumble a bit to find the direction of assembly because the instructions provided were minimalist. Once you get the hang of it, it's child's play and the strap retracts flawlessly. I recommend it to extend the life of the equipment.

Real economy for town hall
Our technical department manages the fleet of strap poles at the town hall and community halls. Rather than replacing complete assemblies, we only change worn reels. Good troubleshooting, brief instructions
The mechanism works very well once placed on our ECO clinic entrance post. The only downside is that the instructions are a bit sketchy and I had to look for the direction of assembly of the cover. In the end, ten minutes of manipulation and it was fixed, I recommend for extending an existing park.
