Defective media replaced quickly
Of the six wall mounts ordered for our store, one had a receiving clip that did not hold the strap properly, it came out as soon as you pulled a little. At the time I found it annoying for a product supposed to secure the queue. I contacted customer service with a photo and a short explanation, they identified a fault in the mechanism and sent me a new holder without asking me to return the old one. The replacement works perfectly and the other five were perfect. Good experience in the end, I recommend the store.

Wrong color on arrival, quick exchange

Good alternative to the additional post
We were looking to avoid putting another pole in an already narrow passageway in our warehouse. This wall receiver solves the problem and holds the strap well. The only small criticism is that the mounting plate is a little tight for an irregular wall, it had to be adjusted. In the end I am happy with the result and the place gained.

Receptacle in the wrong format initially, impeccable exchange
I ordered these supports to combine with straps that I already had, but upon receipt the receptacle did not quite match the clip of my old straps from another series. I was confused because I wanted to standardize the reception of our event lounge. I explained the situation to customer service who took the time to check compatibility with me and confirmed the correct reference to associate. They even took the item back free of charge. Does the job on the wall
Correct support for ending a line against a wall in our covered parking lot. Solid once attached. I'm removing one star because the black is a little shiny and catches the light under our spotlights, I would have preferred a perfect matte, but it's purely aesthetic.

Win a pole

Practical but well positioned
Very useful for anchoring the strap to the wall in our restaurant. You just have to think carefully about the installation height so that the strap is level with the head of the posts. I had to redo my piercings once. Otherwise the support is solid and does its job exactly.

Hard clip then all set
Upon receipt, the clip caught and the strap was difficult to release, I feared a defect. I contacted Potelet after-sales service who responded very quickly and sent me a part free of charge, the new receptacle works perfectly. Good product, screws not included
The holder itself is of good quality and holds the strap perfectly. Small downside: you have to provide your own screws and plugs adapted to the type of wall, which is not clearly specified.
